How do I purchase Austworld products?
To purchase our range of products, contact your local plumbing store.
How do I setup an account?
To be eligible for an account, email info@austworld.com.au your Business Name, Business Address/Location and Contact Number or complete our “ New Customer” online form here
How do I place an order online?
To place an order online, you will need a Web Customer Account. If you’re an existing customer, complete our “Existing Customer” online form here. Please note, your request will be actioned within 24 hours.
I can’t login to my account, how do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password?”, Enter the email address linked to your Austworld Account then click “Send”. An email with a link to “set a new password” will be sent to your mailbox. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
How do I change the login email address on my online account?
You will need to setup a new account as we are unable to change the email address used when you first setup our account.
DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your location and freight services, delivery times will vary. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours if stock is available.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, pick up is available at all Austworld Distribution centres. To collect your order, please ensure “Pick Up” is noted on your order for processing. Please expect a 2hour turnaround from time of order.
SALES
Who distributes and sells Austworld products?
We supply to well known distributors nationally. Contact your local Plumbing store for more information on how to purchase Austworld’s range of products.
Can I speak or meet with one of your sales representatives?
Yes, to get into contact with one of our sales representatives, please email sales@austworld.com.au or info@austworld.com.au
Can Austworld supply products for large scale or commercial projects?
Yes, our State Sales Representatives can assist you with all your technical needs, recommended products for your project, supply and lead times and pricing requirements. For more information email sales@austworld.com.au
WARRANTY, RETURNS & CLAIMS
What is the warranty of my product?

What if I have an issue with the goods I received?
Terms & Conditions, Section 15.1: A buyer shall advise The company in writing via email of the return of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods within fourteen (14) days of date of delivery to returns@austworld.com.au
What is your returns policy?

If there is a re-stocking fee?
Yes, a 20% restocking fee applies to returns outside of the 14 day return period.
How do I lodge a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim:
- In respect of an uninstalled product, a copy of this Warranty, proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect must be sent to us at the address specified in this document; and
- In respect of an installed product,
- Contact the store at which the item was purchased and ask for a warranty call to be initiated, or if supplied by a plumber, contact the plumber, and ask for a warranty call to be initiated.
- Provide proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect.
